tornado Outbreak
On May 15th Tornado Tim was out with a CNN
film crew in Kansas where they filmed Tim chasing for the day.
Tornado Tim appeared live on CNN while sitting under a tornadic
storm with a tornado warning on it. The tornado never touched
down while we were on live with CNN, but later a tornado hit in
Lawrence Kansas.
 
For the above video captures credit is to be
given to Curtis Geiken and friends Jeff Stiles and Patrick
LaFontaine who were along. 5-15-03 Lawrence tornado taken from
the Clinton Lake Dam. Great job getting the video guys.

Tornado Tim reminds you that tornadoes can happen in other places
besides the United States. Although most violent and deadly
tornadoes take place in the US you can find tornadoes in many other
parts of the world. Even though tornadoes can happen in other
areas, many might be surprised to find one near the Mediterrean sea.
These Tornadochaser.net exclusive photos were taken on the Island of
Cyprus and on Monday January 27th 2003. What a great time of
year to kick off 2003 tornado chase season.
