We have again completed another season of working with
schools, libraries and non profit groups to share our vision for storm education
and safety. It isn't over as we are still planning on working with more schools before
the years end, free of charge I might add. Many years ago when we asked
the University of Northern Colorado to setup a plan to achieve our goals we
weren't sure if it was doable. I am glad to say we are heading the direction we
had hoped for. Our method of using the entertainment aspect of chasing has
helped us get open doors where others have failed to get an ear just as we had
envisioned.
Our philosophy to use entertainment to promote safety and storm
education seems to work very well. As for the response from our
speaking engagements this year, I am glad to say we have
received nothing but praise from those we have worked with in communities and
groups in the US.
We have just started a new venture that we believe will be of great help to
others so from now on we will be steering all donations directly to the Red
Cross organization. We are glad to be a supporter of the American Red
Cross.
