| We are now seeking reporters world wide to report on severe
weather events when they happen by you. School kids to adults are welcome to be a part of
our reporting team. We are seeking anyone who would like to write a report about the
storms that strike your neighborhood and gather any photos that friends or people in your
community are willing to share with the world. Our websites are accessed by people from
over 81 countries and at times reach well over 100,000 hits per day. Your articles will
inform others worldwide about severe weather and hopefully help save lives. JOB DESCRIPTION: Gather information
from eyewitness accounts of storms, seek out photos from those who are willing to share
with others, and submit the report back to us for a historical record of the
event. Chasing storms is not required, but rather just gathering information from
locals who were involved directly with the events. We also seek old reports from previous
events from years past, gathering old photos, and writing stories from personal accounts
of those who survived the events to build an international historical record.
PAY: Satisfaction of being a severe weather reporter and
helping inform people about severe weather events. Also, gain job experience to build up
your resume, especially if you are wishing to work with severe weather or reporting. We
will write a letter of recommendation for those who provide us with accurate and
interesting reports for future jobs you may seek. Sorry, at this time no paid positions,
but it may develop into that if we can get enough sponsors.
BENEFITS: You are part of a worldwide storm reporting
team. You will work directly with Tornado Tim and be part of the world of severe weather
and tornadoes. Active reporters who contribute both historical reports and current events
will be included in our inner circle team. This is your chance; all you need to do is
start writing and gathering photos.
WHO CAN BE A REPORTER:
Anyone who wants to work with severe weather reporting from anywhere in the world. Kids to
adults, our reporters will write to the age group they are in. So, if you are interested
in severe weather events, and have a desire to report on severe weather here is your
chance to start. Those under 18 will need to have permission from a parent or guardian to
have your works published.
